After the intro call, they did not let me know when they were coming to my boat to do the work, did not inform me ahead of time. Told them I needed a job done quickly, however they just came and installed my head unit without consenting me first about the location, had to come back a second time to relocate it, and they will charge you later for travel time without informing you of the cost prior to hiring them.
