The cleaners shrunk and ruined a suit jacket right before a wedding I was attending and refused to accept responsibility for the damage. When I put on the suit jacket that had been laundered by Shinn Cleaners the shoulders were shrunken in because they had shrunk the liner of the jacket. The stitching on the pockets was scalloped where they shrunk the stitching. When I put my arms into the jacket and put my shoulders forward the entire back stitching ripped out.
