Super fun and safe environment. Always an intense workout but it's motivating to push your limits and continuously improve. Strong values and great teachers.
The dojo has a great atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and the community is encouraging and friendly. The training is intense, but always supportive and motivating.
Shinkyokushin Wollongong has been my club since moving to Wollongong in October 2014. Sensei John and Sempai Daniel are great instructors and all the members of the dojo create a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!
