Used to be friends with the owners daughter. When I moved and could no longer afford board I gave them permission to sell my horse and keep the money as compensation. Instead the owners daughter threatened to send my horse to auction and personally have home WEIGHED FOR MEAT!!! Be careful boarding here, they will turn on you. I would not refer anyone to this stable to anyone. The entire time we used the facility the owner talked about improving it, but didn't. The facilities are not in a good state of repair, there are rundown buildings and a low rent trail park just as you re entering the property. The customer barn needs a lot of repair, while the owner's barn is in great shape. This is a excellent boarding facility :) I had to leave my horse there when I moved, And they took excellent care of my horse for me. They treat the horse good. They have a great price for the excellent work they do. They supply all horses with hay =D All the horses there get a stall. All and all they are a great boarding facility and I highly recommend this place over all others :)
The facilities are nice and the people who board there are very friendly. Unfortunately, the care is not great. They say they offer self-board and full-board but full-board is really pasture board with grain. Many of the horses are underweight and at times the owners can be very rough with the horses. I also didnt like that the owners talk about people behind their backs and found that very unfortunate.
did a pretty thorough tour yesterday and was really impressed !! Dawn was wonderful and stopped everything she was doing to answer my questions. Facilities were wonderful, well kempt and horses were all healthy and happy !! when I get my horse here, I know where Ill be going.
I highly recommend boarding here. Very friendly place. My horse is happy and I know that he is safe and well taken care of.
