I cannot recommend this establishment enough! Claudia, the receptionist, is the sweetest and so very kind. She’s always been helpful assisting me with questions, appointments, or concerns. I finally got my braces off last week after two years at One Smile Othodontics! We were traveling from out of town. My son’s braces suddenly became loose and was feeling very uncomfortable. So we called Shining Smiles Orthodontics. Claudia, the receptionist, answered our call and was very helpful and caring while patiently explaining us what we could do. She got us the first available appointment to see Dr. Lee immediately.
