Had a wonderful first experience with them. Came back to a deeply cleaned house that looked better than it had in years. I appreciate their hard work and they have now earned my loyalty. We will be using them again. Highly recommend!

Courtney has been extremely attentive to all our needs, whether it’s a last minute add on or deletion of a cleaning service, or just something as simple as emptying humidifiers in the basement. Our guests have given positive reviews about the cleanliness of our home, and she is easy to work with for all days of the week. As new property owners, she has made our experience easier. Negative We have been satisfied with Shining Sea until last visit.. The crew of two did not do a good job plus broke a single mount bathroom faucet. Brackets connecting faucet to sink were broken from an impact(leaning on, or falling on to clean mirror?) Courtney did comp the cleaning but took no responsibility to help with the expense of replacing faucet. (2 plumber visits($300.)
