I liked the ambiance, it gives you the feel of an authentic Chinese restaurant. For the food, we ordered the soup dumplings, but they were a little cold when they were served. The sautéed pork with cayenne was too salty, so we didn't end up finishing it. The roast duck was okay. The Young Chow fried rice was definitely the highlight, it was very good. The mango smoothie tasted like it was made from ordinary fruit powder. Overall, the price is justifiable for the amount of food you get, but the taste was just average.

Karaoke night me and my sister got a private room and my mom and her coworkers were in another room together ! So fun the food was also amazing ! This Guangdong cuisine restaurant serves amazing food and service and the boss was so nice and talked to us randomly throughout our entire time there! The pork and lamb meat was so tender and juicy and the fish was all so flavorful! I am really happy the restaurant offered karaoke for fun! Always great dim sum selections! I missed traditional dim sum after moving back to the Capital Region from downtown Seattle, and Shining Rainbow is my favorite restaurant in the 518! The pork shumai is so good, and the beef congee is our go-to! Warm and inviting atmosphere, an ideal spot for family meals, catching up with friends, or even a work dinner.
