The two Technicians from Shining Pearl work very Hard in the heat in full hazmat suits and masks to clean a sewer backup. I commend them on the comprehensive clean in difficult circumstances.
I would have given five stars had Shining Pearl Services actually finished the job they were paid to undertake. We had water ingress in two rooms due to two separate issues. They arrived quickly, assessed the situation and provided a prompt quote to remedy. On accepting the quote, they dealt with the water damage and black mould promptly and effectively, however, once I paid they did not return to steam clean the carpet as they had promised. Got two of my Properties cleaned by them. Will under quote on phone and add charges when they come on site. Late to both the cleaning jobs. one by 4 hours and the second one by 3 hours. Ok job on cleaning, since they were late, the job went on till late in the evening and was rushed. Overall, would not engage them again
