I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I trusted this salon with my natural hair, but the stylist’s handling and techniques caused significant damage, including breakage. My hair was healthy before my appointment, and I left with parts of my hair broken off and noticeably thinner. I brought up my concerns during the appointment but did not feel heard or taken seriously.
