I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I trusted this salon with my natural hair, but the stylist’s handling and techniques caused significant damage, including breakage. My hair was healthy before my appointment, and I left with parts of my hair broken off and noticeably thinner. I brought up my concerns during the appointment but did not feel heard or taken seriously. Very lively and efficient service. One of the ladies even gave me tips in how to wrap my hair to maintain the style for my wash and set with blowout.
