Their banking system is super outdated. Their ATMs don’t show the payment history like many other banks show these days. A very very few of the employees are courteous and helpful but a handful of them are fake nice and gaslight like A LOT. It’s one of those feeling where you have to think for a moment after “services” with them either via phone or in person… telling you classic gaslighting, they make you feel stupid and like things are your fault. Nice pleasant customer service… NOT I’d go for a bigger bank if you can.
