I went to the ATM after work today specifically to withdraw money, only to find a notice stating that, for security reasons, the ATM cannot be used during night hours outside of branch opening times. This is absolutely infuriating! How are customers who commute supposed to manage? Zelle doesn’t work either, making this extremely inconvenient. This situation needs to be addressed immediately. Please improve this service for customers who rely on access outside of normal branch hours.
The lady was very polite in getting my rent checks filled out even though I only spoke English
