Came skidding in late two days before Christmas when my parking brake got stuck in the on position. Chuck and Clay were nice enough to fit me in and they figured out the part needed was under a warranty! Everything was fixed by the next morning and zero cost. They also did a multi point inspection refilled the tire pressure and even vacuumed up a little.
Ongoing stellar service. Had the 60k service done yesterday on our Forester. The service team (Chuck, Eddie, etc.) is professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I have purchased FIVE new Subarus from this dealer and more in our future. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Definately worth the short drive from the Sacramento region to Shingle Springs. A+, GOLD STAR rating for this dealership.
I have 2018 crosstreck, and I am so disappointed on the quality of the car. I have spent SO much money for repairs (and some still pending) on this car than my Toyota Camary!! Never again will I buy another Subaru! … and on top of that, the service department reports repairs to car fax without informing customers!
