Running into issue after issue after buying a home that was "built as if my family would be moving in" says the builder. If you have half decent standards, find yourself a finish carpenter to come in after manifest builders and fix just about everything. As a veteran, and my wife as an ex firefighter, we expected a lot more. We have doors that don't shut, water coming in the house, patchy repairs, and much more. Manifest Builders did an outstanding job on my roof in Jaffrey. The team was clean, efficient and stayed to button everything down before a storm passed through. I highly recommend them for your building needs.
Anyone looking for a great team to build your home or to remodel. You need to speak with them. They are very nice and listen to what your needs are. I and my husband are planning on building a concert home I was so impressed of the knowledge they have. No my home its started as of yet but believe me they will be building my home. They are doing up the plans. Witch I do need to get it touch with them for I have changes in the blue print. No worries here they can handle it.
