No communication with customers before doing work. I've never seen that in all my years getting my vehicle fixed. My husband took his truck to this place to fix an issue that was NOT fixed the first time. He brought his truck back and was charged almost $800, after he already paid the first time. Problem is - no one EVER took the time to communicate before the work needed to be done or to let him know that he would be charged $800.
