Cordial and very professional
Its 7:10pm on a Thursday and they're closed despite their website and Google saying they close at 8pm. So, I wasn't able to get my car washed here. Also, I entered my phone number for the free car wash and never got the coupon. Since there are about a dozen car wash options in the area, I thought maybe they'd try to stand out through their outstanding service, but apparently not.
