I paid for the $699 detail package, and unfortunately the quality was worse than mobile details I’ve paid around $250 for in the past. I ended up having to bring the car back the next day and point out several areas that were either missed or not properly cleaned. I live near Shineology and have noticed a ton of cars with these plastic bags on the rear wipers for quite a while, but I never knew what it was from. Most of the time they look like this, about to blow off completely. I recently learned they are put on by Shinology when the cars go through the automated car wash so the rear wiper does not activate via the moisture sensor, and potentially damage the rear wiper, which is totally fine, however the problem is they leave the bags on the rear wipers and then they blow off, leavin... read more

So irritated! I checked this car wash hours online (where I come all the time) to ensure it would be open. It said online they closed at 6pm Monday. I arrived at 535pm. I was told “sorry, we closed early today”. Arael was the manager who then told me “we had a water leak “. Okay , I didn’t see any water…I realize 1st world problems but still so frustrating to leave work early to get here and nothing about early closure posted on their website .
