They are scamming customers. They are selling tiered packages and then performing a cheaper tier service when you come through. They are giving a cheaper wash than the package I paid for. Paid for 4 top tier washes and each time it’s a hassle and a negotiation. Then they give you a work order receipt for a 3rd tier wash while you paid for the 4th tier. Check you receipts. The wash is fine but it’s a shame it’s a hassle and you can’t trust them to perform the service you paid for.
Sat waiting for just under 10 minutes watching two other cars that pulled up after me go in before and I drive a 2 seater makes no sense
I don't even know what to say. What a terrible job they did. I didn't expect perfection but at least a little cleaner then it was. I work in the car industry i know its not easy work but this is crazy. Literally looked like not a single person touched that car. $85 Complete waste of money.

II had a problem, and Areal was very argumentative and confrontational about it. He refused to take responsibility or make things right, wouldn’t let me speak with a supervisor, and clearly didn’t care about the business or the customer experience.
