So irritated! I checked this car wash hours online (where I come all the time) to ensure it would be open. It said online they closed at 6pm Monday. I arrived at 535pm. I was told “sorry, we closed early today”. Arael was the manager who then told me “we had a water leak “. Okay , I didn’t see any water…I realize 1st world problems but still so frustrating to leave work early to get here and nothing about early closure posted on their website .
I have been a long time customer here so it saddens me to leave this review. A month ago I had my new car detailed and ceramic coated but the products used left certain parts of my car discolored. Yesterday I dropped my car off to be hand washed it I only just noticed today that it was not wiped dry- you can still see the water spots on the car (everywhere). If you care about your vehicle, or have attention to detail, do not bring here. You might think “More expensive wash better product” that is absolutely not the case. I brought one of my brand new vehicles that has PPF and ceramic coating to this location. They did an absolute horrible job. Water spots everywhere. Scratches all over the brand new car. Watching the crew work was enlightening. They use dirty rags on every vehicle and don’t separate clean and dirty rags which is Basic car wash 101. They are scratching the vehicl... read more
They do a great job here! Yes, they’re going to try to upsell you, but if you know what you want, you’ll get it and your car will look terrific!
