I was able to get a last-minute appointment after a dog bite. Dr. Lee was very kind and provided excellent care. I was prescribed antibiotics, and I really appreciated how quickly and compassionately I was treated.
I have had a few appointments at this clinic, and there were honestly some red flags. I am writing this review from an anonymous account because this seems to be a well know clinic among the Korean community, and Koreans talk a lot. I do not want me or my family to be affected by writing this review, but my intent of this review is for ShineMed to improve upon their current ways to truly be a healthcare facility that the community can grow to trust. 1. If i could give 0 stars i would. Dr. Eunyoung Lee remember that name terrible attitude. Never see such a rude attitude. You know i dont like to mess with other peoples business, but the way she treated my mom was obscene. Maybe because we are a one time patient and my mom didn't know how to exactly explain the problem. However, that is unacceptable; yanking the paper and speaking and acting condescendingly. If you are a doctor you know your field is about caring about people that should be the reason why you go into it. But ... read more
