I’ve had several counselors/therapists in the past. When you find a good one, it seems rare and worth holding onto. Jaime is a really good one! I’ve seen her for almost two years now, and would (and have) highly recommend her to others!

I have had a lot of things happen to me in my life, and finally I decided that I should seek some counseling to help me get healthy boundaries in place. I was excited when I talked to Jamie and she said she could help me. My first consult was a little everywhere when she started asking about my childhood, but I felt hopeful we would get a plan together. Meeting with Jaime has really helped me work through problems and find ways to approach and deal with them. She is so easy to talk to and facilitates conversations really well. She is the best!
