I’ve had several counselors/therapists in the past. When you find a good one, it seems rare and worth holding onto. Jaime is a really good one! I’ve seen her for almost two years now, and would (and have) highly recommend her to others!
I have had a lot of things happen to me in my life, and finally I decided that I should seek some counseling to help me get healthy boundaries in place. I was excited when I talked to Jamie and she said she could help me. My first consult was a little everywhere when she started asking about my childhood, but I felt hopeful we would get a plan together.
