My husband purchased a 3 massage package good for ONE YEAR on December 18th, 2018. I went online on June 19th to schedule the first massage of the package. I was informed via email that Chris no longer does massages. She did not address in the initial email the 3 pre-paid packages that her own site says are good for a year. I just visited the new space and it is beautiful - great atmosphere and lighting. I struggle with chronic joint and muscular inflammation and Chris is an integral part of my healing process. She is the most skilled massage therapist that I have ever experienced. Recently my physical therapist even commented on the difference in my muscle tone after my massage. Chris has also been extremely helpful in educating me about lifestyle changes and products that have been helpful in my healing.
What an outstanding massage, each and every time. i am a regular. i go every month, and it's the best thing i have ever done for myself. Christine is awesome, and makes each session a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
States that a gift certificate is expired after a year, my certificate does not have an expiration date and I am not the one who purchased it. The lady I talked to basically told me that she couldn’t do anything about it, not even offer me a discount on my first visit. WOW!
