Completely supportive, authentic, relational and professional. Dr Suse was recommended by a friend. Beyond grateful they did.
Wow. I am very concerned also that Dr Susie has stated that “Practitioners are people too” immediately jumping on the defensive to my review of Samantha Blight. That’s so jarring, dangerous and highly disturbing. Not even a “sorry you went through that” to my initial review. I am so sad and in disbelief to see this lady is still practicing as a psychologist..I had the most traumatising experience over a year ago and it’s still sat with me to this day…. Dr. Susie is not to be recommended at all. She has not even met us and she has deeply invalidated and minimised our experiences with another professional whilst jumping on the defensive and without even asking our sides of our deeply troubling experiences. The main thing was she was SO very quick to take sides here when posting and judged a horribly traumatic experience in a therapeutic environment with 2 other clients who posted a review here. Wow. I am so sad and in disbelief to see this lady is still practicing as a psychologist..I had the most traumatising experience over a year ago and it’s still sat with me to this day…. The grief from the betrayal and abandonment trauma from Samantha Blight has been nearly too much to metabolise, process and deal with. I attended a session with psychologist Samantha Blight and unfortunately found the experience very disappointing. The appointment started late, and after only a short period of discussing why I had sought support, I was told she “couldn’t help me” and was asked what support I needed instead. This was said after I had already begun opening up about personal difficulties, which made the interaction feel abrupt and dismissive rather than supportive.
