Highly recommend Simone went to her a couple of times and got more out of her than some others I spent months and months with … she knows her stuff she gets it and she gives you clarity that makes sense, something you can work with, if you need to see someone for anything especially mental health go see Simone, best team as well haven’t been back I’ve been able to pull myself together enough not to have to go but if I ever needed someone again it would be her by far Thank you 🙏 AB
Karen's style of psychology sessions fit me like a missing piece of puzzle. She helped me understand the WHY by explaining the developmental neuroscience behind my symptoms. She tells me why we are talking about certain things, why it's likely to be important and why certain therapy works for my particular case.
