Very nice staff. Professional and friendly. However, I got very little notification that my Saturday booking (which I had last time) was moved to a Thursday (I work fulltime. If I knew I could have booked a day off). A call or text that simply said "your booking has been changed to ... please confirm" would have been much appreciated rather than the generic little one that people don't expect to be a confirmation for booking change. Very nice people other than that.
Have had three appointments here for various reasons. The two nurses I saw were great, but I was a bit irked to discover one neglected to mention I had BV in my results. I only found out the next time I went in and the doctor read the notes. Fun fact, if you download the govt My Health app you can see all your results of any test from any GP, so you can go and check them manually if you want to, as they officially don't tell you if you have BV, thrush, etc unless you complained of symptoms.
