I can't say enough great things about Shine. It's a treasure in Boulder, great atmosphere, impeccable food and libations. Their specialty drinks are a delight, the CBD and alcohol available to chill things out, or spice things up. Their mission is reason enough to dine there But you're also sure to find something to suit your palate. Plenty of options for gluten-free dairy-free and vegetarian diners.
Good food with higher prices that match the quality of ingredients. We had the Pad Thai and a burger. Pad Thai was good, but so salty that it was overpowering. Burger was great - especially the bun. We also ordered a few of the potions that were good. The service was a bit lacking. Our server seemed indifferent, perhaps even annoyed, with taking our orders and bringing food / drinks to our table.
