I really love the holistic approach the clinic has and really wanted to love it, but communication is very frustrating. No one really answers the phone, every conversation has to be processed through the app. It is incredibly hard to get a sick appointment. Even if you schedule a check-up in advance, be prepared to wait.
There’s so many things I could list about this place that I can’t stand but I’ll just name a few! I love most of the doctors here but a lot of the administrative staff that work up front taking calls are RUDE! You can never get ahold of anyone it feels like! You have to use their website/app to get in touch with literally anyone which means you could be waiting hours or till the next day for an answer to your questions. Can never get an appointment!!!! Tried for the past year and every time I call for a sick appointment they’re fully booked…. Completely unacceptable.
