Second family member to get treatment at Shine Orthodontics. Dr. Lo is professional, friendly and patient; as well as all the supporting staff. All appointments were kept with minimal waiting. My child is pleased with the results! Thank you.
The team at Shine has been absolutely amazing from day one. I came in feeling nervous about getting braces as an adult, but they made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and even enjoyable. Dr. Lo explained everything clearly and always took time to answer my questions. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly cares about you. Highly recommend!
Dr. Lo is very professional and staffs are nice and helpful. The phase 1 result are pleasant and wait for the phase 2 treatment!
