The staff at Shine Orthodontics are wonderful! I couldn’t be happier with my experience and results. Dr. Lo and team are professional and I like that they take the time to explain every step of the treatment process. Great clinic for anyone looking for orthotic treatments.

Absolute worst dental/orthodontic experience we have ever had. We came to Shine Orthodontics NW for a simple initial examination, and the way our child was treated by both the staff and the female doctor was horrific. The assistants taking photos were incredibly rough and unkind, physically forcing our child's mouth around. The doctor was much more aggressive, pulling his mouth apart until he was in floods of tears.
