I usually don’t leave reviews on google but this time I decided to do it because I had an unpleasant experience. I went just for a removal a few weeks ago. I really wanted to like this place because I live nearby and it always looks very clean and nice but surprise surprise… 5 min after sitting down I saw a mouse running from one room to a corner where the pedi chairs are. I love this nail salon! I drive out of my way just to come here because it’s that good. The staff is always so friendly. I love their gel manicures; they’re super thorough, long-lasting, and always look flawless.
I had gone here several years ago and more recently in the past year for a manicure and pedicure. The owner has been very cold and unwelcoming. Then I have noticed I’m getting charged $87 not including tip to have basically my toe nails clipped and painted. I was there last weekend and it was my third time in the last year going and getting a minute long message for both legs/feet and not calluses removed off my heals. In spite of mixed reviews online I chose this place as this is very close to my home The waxing was decent and the place is clean. However I was very disappointed with upper lips waxing. The staff burnt my upper lips and left a mark on it. The disappointing part is she was not even courteous enough to accept this mistake and I figured this only when I got home. Very unprofessional.
