I love this nail salon! I drive out of my way just to come here because it’s that good. The staff is always so friendly. I love their gel manicures; they’re super thorough, long-lasting, and always look flawless.
I had gone here several years ago and more recently in the past year for a manicure and pedicure. The owner has been very cold and unwelcoming. Then I have noticed I’m getting charged $87 not including tip to have basically my toe nails clipped and painted. I was there last weekend and it was my third time in the last year going and getting a minute long message for both legs/feet and not calluses removed off my heals. In spite of mixed reviews online I chose this place as this is very close to my home The waxing was decent and the place is clean. However I was very disappointed with upper lips waxing. The staff burnt my upper lips and left a mark on it. The disappointing part is she was not even courteous enough to accept this mistake and I figured this only when I got home. Very unprofessional. Service date: Mar 1.
Very rude staff, especially front the desk person. I don't know if this is normal for them, but I am a brown latina. mentioning this in case there's a pattern.
Consistently high quality service here. I always do dazzle dry and it lasts me for a while. Last time it stood the test of 10 days at the beach, with not a single chip. And it’s toxin free! The technicians are all very nice, I especially enjoy Becky’s work.
