I am elderly. Nicole gave me an appointment for 6 days up ahead FOR GROCERY SHOPPING; the day before, I called to confirm appointment. Got her answering machine. Two more attempts on my part, still, answering machine. So the following day, AFTER WHICH TIME THE APPOINTMENT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR, I called her again and was going to leave a message of being very disappointed 😞 ☹️ (to say the very least).
