This morning my suv was damaged, just purchased yesterday with no marks .. Both sides of suv show abrasive scratches and missing paint on hood that wasn't missing. . And car was not clean after thunder in the machine hitting against SUV. Filed a report
Love the car wash! And their free vacuums do a great job.. Always great customer service when I visit

Our vehicle was damaged by the employee before it even entered the car wash. My husband got out and addressed the issue. They told us they would fix the damage but they keep giving us the run around and giving the same excuses and won’t return our calls. They also delete our reviews here....

We tried it for the first month for 5.00. they had a lot of issues. Very poor quality wash Ann's half the time, didn't get what we paid for. Gave it another month, too set if they'd fix everything. Never happened. Canceled the service but they still charged for the next month. Called them. Rep. was very rude. Asked for a supervisor, got the typical "oh they're in a meeting". Asked for a return call from the supervisor. That call never came. When it was locally owned, they were great. Now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Scammed me with a $4.95 free car washes for the month and it turned into a $29.95 monthly membership. When I called requesting a refund, they declined. Such a racket!

Paula, we do offer a $5 Unlimited Shine Club membership for the first month with each reoccurring month at regular price. Our customers are able to choose the membership they would like for the reoccurring months via our paystation when signing up. We do request that any changes be made to your membership 7 days prior to your billing date to be sure it processes before you are charged.
this car wash is a joke. it broke the back bumper off of my girlfriend's car and they will not do anything about it. would not even show the video of it happening. I wouldn't even take a bicycle in this car wash

They upgraded their system & now we lost our multi car discount! Not right at all!!

I went to the Westside location and was greeted by friendly staff, and got my vehicle washed and cleaned out. I will be going again in another 3 months or so

I drove to Shine On Carwash on the west side of Evansville today to get my car cleaned up. I have been an unlimited member since October of 2019. I also signed up a second vehicle on my contract. The second vehicle was my wife's vehicle and she rarely gets to the west side so when I was informed that you could use the east side facility, I signed her up. This has allowed to to create a better system that saves our customer contact information so that if there is a need to contact them we are able to do so.
