I came in because my car only needed an exterior wash, which was advertised as $25. The employee initially told me to wait 5 minutes for his boss to arrive. After waiting around 10 minutes, the boss finally came out and suddenly told me they were closed, even though it was only 4:00 pm and their closing time is 5:00 pm. Then, instead of honouring the advertised $25 price, they said it would cost $50. I've taken all my cars here for a while and they where generally good. Today my missus took one of my cars down and my name popped up as an existing customer. They told her fpr a simple in and out 2hrs 15 mins which for a weekday is long but ok. When she arrived olat the time state they havent even started it yet and said it would be another hour. I never leave reviews. However my experience here was so bad I simply have to. This place is a total scam and I wish I read the reviews before going. I paid $120 today for just the back seats of my car to be cleaned and the front/back to be vacuumed. I was so confused with the price so I asked why it's costing me so much and received an inadequate explanation. The back seats had some soil from my dogs paws but nothing crazy, and the front of the car was pretty clean to begin with. I pointed out what I thought I should be pay... read more
