I ordered a Shine On Kit(RV's Up to 30') Shipped to Welches, OR. After reading the directions realized I could not apply it, I am not young! Paid $136.90 on 9/1/2023. Drove to Otis Orchards, WA from Welches, OR. Returned the product. Marie was in the Shine On store. Stated she would have her husband refund my $136.90 She wrote Refund on the receipt, on Sept. 15, 2023. I have sent emails requesting the refund, the BBB contacted these people. Purchased this product to apply to my 2004 Alpha 36ft Toyhauler that was getting quite bad, Followed instructions, and it turned out GREAT!! Hard to get prep work done but putting on product was Easy!! Very Pleased with support from the Owner, he was Super helpful!
