Very thorough cleaning. The one area that could use improvement is communication; i.e., confirmation text the day before the scheduled appt
I had a very negative experience with Shine of Grosse Pointe. Their staff did not know how to remove screens or open windows to clean them resulting in damage to our home that cost us over $1000. This damage included a broken window frame balance system, several screens with holes in them, and a gouge in our hardwood floors. Repeated attempts to reconcile these issues in a positive way with both the franchise owner and the Shine Corporate office went unanswered. "Shine" workers arrived on time, in uniform, and were very polite and professional. They cleaned my gutters and exterior windows and although a couple of windows were missed, one call to Steve and the guys returned to complete the job and made sure it met my satisfaction. I will continue to use "Shine" in the future and highly recommend them if you want your windows to look invisible.
