I came in today without an appointment and was seen quickly by Dennis, he was very kind and detailed oriented. What I enjoyed the most is that he was quiet and let me relax for the one hour that he did my manicure, sometimes it is nice not to talk. I appreciate the quick friendly service! I was visiting out of town.
Very disappointed with my experience. I got a Bio Gel refill here just a week ago, and my nails are already lifting and ripping off. I was charged $70 just for the refill !! which is quite expensive, especially considering they didn’t even last a full week. For that price, I expected much better quality and durability. Unfortunately, I don’t feel the service was worth what I paid.
Amazing nail artist and good customer service.
I went the first time a few months ago and did my nails with Linda and it went great. So I booked her again two weeks and wow she did horrible work. She kept rushing me alot - missed a lot of my nails - so many pieces of my nails are bare and without colour. She kept trying to force me to do more layers when I kept telling her no thanks. Everytime I would stop to just look at my nails to see if I liked them or not - she would keep insisting on doing things and her colours her way.
