Disappointing that TWO of the OT's we had started seeing, both have left the practice "due to unforeseen circumstances". My heart goes out to the children that had to built that rapport all over again.
I found this clinic to be very unprofessional, they did not provide me with the reports that I had paid for nor did they reply to any of my calls or emails. Thankfully the school has now provided me with a copy of the testing that we paid for. I would never use them again in the future.
Disgusting and unprofessional treatment from Jennifer, in front of a young child! if i could give zero stars i would! DO NOT use this service
