During a girls’ weekend in Gravenhurst, we visited Shine Jewelry & Accessories and purchased a couple of roll-on perfumes. Once we got home, we realized one container was completely empty and the other was only about one-third full. I called the store to explain the situation, and Kelly immediately stepped in to make it right, even though it was clearly not her fault. Great store, so much to offer. Friendly staff and a business which contributes to the community.
We had family down for an outing to Bracebridge - Most shops were great and lots of nice stuff - however the owner of this store was so rude as we had a group of people coming in including our grandson and the she was so rude- left right away - won't return!(don't go in with kids HOLY!)
I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated, especially after learning the individual involved was the owner. I visited with my infant son in a stroller and remained near the front right side of the store while trying on shoes. The stroller was not on the carpet. I was approached in an aggressive manner and told to move it. I explained calmly that I would not leave my infant unattended and was simply keeping him beside me while trying on shoes.
