Would have given a 5 star. Walked into this bright attractive shop conveniently near a coffee shop and hair salon. Reminded me of tropical vacations with all the bright clothing. Was delighted. Explained I was buying anniversary and birthday gifts but things would need to be returned as difficult to shop for particular sizing and taste. The staff happily obliged and wrapped the items elegantly in 4 bags and gave a gift receipt. During a girls’ weekend in Gravenhurst, we visited Shine Jewelry & Accessories and purchased a couple of roll-on perfumes. Once we got home, we realized one container was completely empty and the other was only about one-third full. I called the store to explain the situation, and Kelly immediately stepped in to make it right, even though it was clearly not her fault. Great store, so much to offer. Friendly staff and a business which contributes to the community.
We had family down for an outing to Bracebridge - Most shops were great and lots of nice stuff - however the owner of this store was so rude as we had a group of people coming in including our grandson and the she was so rude- left right away - won't return!(don't go in with kids HOLY!)
