I’ve enrolled in SHINE’s Special Friends classes for multiple weeks over the span of many months. Every time I came it was always a positive and fun class experience. I’m always motivated to working hard every time I go because of the training they provide! Thank you so much for providing a quality fitness experience for me and everyone that enrolls into the Special Friends classes!

Coach Samantha is fun and easy to work with. I'm 73 and have back\leg issues. She is able to quickly pivot and adapt exercises to fit my particular needs. I see her watching carefully to make sure I have correct form. Her cheerful and encouraging demeanor is something I look forward to. I recommend!
I have been to Shine 4 times for PNF stretching with Vicki Pope. I would highly recommend Vicki and PNF. She knows what she is doing and you will feel great after each 30min session. Try it you won't regret it.
