When I first moved here, I was super impressed with the staff's customer service, the amount of attention to the vehicle before going into the wash, the amount towels and the fact that they actually had air, was something I was not used to. However, the last few times I've gone (I only purchase ceramic wash) they have spent less time pre spraying, have hardly any towels out and no air turned on. Also, the tire shine has not done me well, has gotten all over the car and seems to collect more dirt than not.
Britney, Jerome, and Jose did a great job! Always great and friendly service. Highly recommend for the price and friendly staff.
