Checkup and clean felt rushed and the polish was performed on maybe 1.5 teeth. Disappointing.
Yesterday's dental check-up and cleaning with Dr. Shi Ying was disappointing. The procedure was painful, and the final polish step was omitted. This is unacceptable, as I did not receive the full service I paid for.
Highly recommend Dr Bennet Son, who I have been seeing for the past 3 years. Very thorough, patient and kind, especially in providing reassurance. Really don’t know how my teeth can get so much whiter after just a routine check up! Thanks Dr Son!
Terrible Experience at Shine Dentistry – Visit At Your Own Risk. After a pricey ‘clean’ and an ‘inspection’, I was left with a badly chipped tooth and a horrific experience. I have been a long-time patient at Shine Dentistry, paying out of pocket and with Afterpay as I don't have health insurance. I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience. Staff very polite. Dr Son was very informative and explained my dental issues and options. Dental procedure was quick and painless. After care information was given. Am so impressed, going back in 3 weeks to get the original cleaning job done.
