My experience with Shine Dental was honestly one of the worst I’ve ever had. I put in over 90 hours of work and training, and throughout that time I was repeatedly told I would be paid for my hours. That never happened. The amount of disrespect, disorganization, and lack of accountability here is unbelievable. The office feels chaotic and deeply unprofessional. Shine Dental gives a very misleading first impression. The manager comes off as friendly, welcoming, and extremely nice at the beginning — but the way the staff is actually treated behind the scenes tells a completely different story. There is a clear lack of support, respect, and proper communication. The environment feels uncomfortable, unprofessional, and very inconsistent.
