Immediately after my negative review I was called by a manager of this company. He was very interested to hear details on why we felt dissatisfied and immediately moved to remedy the situation. He dispatched his senior plumber who was at our house within 30 mins. He was very thorough and was able to troubleshoot some of the issues and actually got one of our issues fixed. We had a maintenance check and tech came out to look over our AC, etc. Tech was very friendly and respectful. He told us exactly what we needed to have done and stayed and chatted with us.
Tech was wonderful! He was prompt and very thorough when talking through our service needs. Highly recommend for all HVAC needs!!
