Thanks Joe and Nabil for making our dream house become true smoothly and properly. During the period of construction, Joe and Nabil always answered my calls and satisfied our needs timely. The cost we had to pay was exactly as what they put in the HIA contract, which is very important. Joe and Nabil built us a triplex, based on another architects drawings it came out exactly how it was drawn. Nabil treats each build as if it’s his own home and takes the care and consideration of the owner into account. Something that is lacking in a lot of site supervisors in the building industry. Very pleased with the speed and build quality of which both Joe and Nabil constructed our homes. Would use them again in a heartbeat if another opportunity presents. Keep up the good work Joe & Nabil 👍

Edit: Joe you were notified on the day of completion. This job was handled through an OT and you should have a record, or you're not very good at keeping records... I understand your response here is just to show that you are trying to make amends, which is completely false. We hired Shine Constructions as they were recommended to us by an occupational therapist for NDIS-funded work. Shine was communicative and cooperative. They were pleasant and friendly. The builders were workers not shirkers, and worked well as a team. Obviously experts at what they do, and we have a finished product with which we are very happy. Thanks Joe!

Shine Constructions were great to deal with, very responsive, accommodating with last minute changes to the build and design. Very personable service as you get to deal with the owner directly and decisions can be made on the spot. Would pick Shine over any big cookie cutter builders any day! Joe & Nabil made our vision come to life and made our house a Home. Many thanks and very appreciative for everything that was done throughout the journey of the entire building process.
