Pretty bad experience with Tracy after doing everything he asked of me to provide my title as quickly as he needed/wanted for my totaled Subaru. He called and called and had plenty of time to track down my title. But sure didn’t when I asked to come siphone a full tank of fuel and swap my wheels and tires. I went and tried to get the fuel and the tank was completely empty! Asked if they would check the tank by just turning on the key to check the gauge and then heard nothing.
