Paid for a super shine wash $125 and added a monthly membership as well. Was told only 1 wash per week. Went back for my first wash since the original payment and was told it was outside wash only. Took three staff to try tell me that the price was for outside wash despite their sign stating UNLIMITED MONTHLY WASH! got a refund for the membership but only after stating: stop talking, stop with the excuses just refund the membership! Waste of money and typical scamming car wash monkeys! Dont waste your time or money!
Had a full detail inside and out. They did a great job. Looks like new.
I recently visited Shine Car Wash for an exterior wash and was extremely disappointed with the results. Upon picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed multiple areas with bird droppings and dirt still present on the side steps and paint. When I addressed this with the staff, they attempted to convince me that the car was clean, rather than acknowledging the issue and rectifying it. Great service. You have to try the gorgeous menu inside TOO UPDATE.... Back again for another hand car wash and treat from restaurant inside. You must come and see for yourself. Great Veg options too peeps!
Thorough cleaning of my car on each visit. Reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. Indoor and outdoor waiting areas, so you can relax or get work done whilst your vehicle is being cleaned. Highly recommended.
