Excellent experience with Shine Constructions! They created a separate basement entrance for us and the results were remarkable. The work was clean, well-finished, and reasonably priced. Quality of the work was excellent, and it was done quickly and safely. Just expect a shock of a final bill when they add on all the things that are not included in the quote but are required to do the job right. Original quote was $54,390.. Final price after adding on all the "extras" was $62,998. Such a shame that they pulled a bait and switch at the end. Otherwise I would have been very happy. Unfortunately I would not hire them again.
