Not really impressed, tried to convince me CDCP doesn't cover much but fillings. He billed/charged my plan for the exam yet couldn't tell me much without x-rays. So ...take x-rays... His last review was 2 years ago?? The fact his office opens at 10:30 am (???) and dooesn't want to help patients navigate the plan? Too much admin? - a bit lazy if you ask me. Seriously, look around. There ARE better dentists in Vancouver.
All the staff are lovely and very kind. I liked the way they worked together, they are very professional with an amazing customer service. I absolutely recommend Dr. Jeff as a dentist, you'll never regret it!
Made me feel comfortable and kept my insurance plan in mind when figuring out what work I needed. Great experience!
It was a great experience, staff and Dentist were wonderful.
