It’s sad that the receptionist keep changing my appointments and I was even ok to wait for a month to see Dr. Jeff and it was rescheduled but closer to the date they cancelled it and told me to rebook again. Very disappointed & sad
On a routine checkup the hygienist rushed through the cleaning. The cleaning seemed sporadically done, and my gums and teeth never felt so unclean and irritated, with clear tea/coffee stains still visible after the cleaning. She pricked my gums in the process, causing so much blood to gush out that the taste of blood flooded my mouth and she had to use gauze to contain the blood. I went to the dental clinic to check the cause of my pain and also to get my teeth cleaned. The main priority was to find out what was causing the pain. At my first appointment, they told me that Dr. Jeff Cheung was sick and unable to attend. So, I only did the cleaning because the consultant said she couldn’t perform a check-up for the pain.
