I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent dental cleaning. I wear braces and asked several times beforehand whether a thorough cleaning could be done, and I was told it could. However, after the appointment, I found that a significant amount of plaque was still left on my teeth, including the inner surfaces. When I raised this, I was told it was glue from my braces, but I do not agree, as some of it can be removed by brushing at home. Overall, I am not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning.
Dr. Cheung recommended procedures that I believed were unnecessary. This raised serious ethical concerns for me and significantly undermined my trust. As a result, I would not recommend this clinic. The clinic itself feels clean though.
There are many other dental offices in town. This place will charge you without any explanation. It seems no one there knows what they’re doing, and it’s a family office that doesn’t seem to care about the patients.
