The service at this spa is excellent. The environment is quiet and comfortable, and the staff’s techniques are gentle and meticulous. I felt completely relaxed and almost fell asleep during the treatment. It was truly an enjoyable experience.
Amy the front desk lady was rude and impatient after I didn't buy the thousand dollar package bundle she was selling. The reason I didn't buy was because I wasn't ready at the time. Besides, she took it very personal and her voice sound angry each time I tried to make appointments for other bundle I purchased a year ago. In the end, I fail to make appointments each time Amy working at the front desk and I had to call headquarter phone line for any future appointment scheduling. Did the 90-minute oxygen facial and loved it! Super gentle, very relaxing, and my skin felt soft and hydrated after. Great value for the price—definitely coming back.
