I booked in for an essential facial, eyebrow wax and lip wax at 11:30. I arrived at 11:32 and was finished at 12.12. 40mins when it should of been 60mins In that time, my eyebrows were almost removed after I asked for a little tidy up of the fluffy hairs. I should have known something was not right as I had strings of wax sticking to my face during the experience. I’ve been going for years. Sunshine plaza and sippy downs for waxing. The staff are very lovely and making appointments is easy as! The waxing has been alright, except I have seen no change in my hair, and it’s been years. The last wax I got done, a younger lady did it really fast and my leg hairs have grown back in only a few days, she didn’t do it very professionally, and it’s expensive too. I’ve had some good qualified practitioners tho, so 50/50
