Outstanding work Shine-Awn did. They came out and gave us an estimate and told us how they were going to wash it and repair the slates to one of them. We had about 5 of them, and they uninstalled the 5 awnings and held them for us until we finished our house painting. The crew was great, and the person I forget his name, was great to talk to. I called Jerry and he responded to my phone calls very quickly. He came out a few days later and fixed my awning as the water was pooling on it. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. Very happy I called him!
Jerry With Shine Awn was quick to come out for estimate, after storm damaged my rear fabric awning. Price was fair ($2100) so i had them proceed with work. They installed shortly after, however approximately 1 year later I am noticing tears in fabric, possibly from defective material or improper installation. I reached out to this company several times by phone and 17 times by email, all I am getting is the run around, Jerry says he is trying to find time, it seems as though they are swift to come out for performing new work... read more
