I took my car to get washed and I am shocked to see the back is covered in scratches (similar to previous reviews)! Also there is soap residue remaining.

Avoid! This car wash damaged my car! While going through this car wash, the rollers malfunctioned and damaged my car. They repeatedly stuck my car causing scratches and marks running from the bonnet, up across the windscreen, and onto the roof. There are employees on site whose job is to inspect cars entering the car wash and maintain the equipment during operation. Despite this, they failed to catch the malfunction, and cars behind me entering the car wash were also damaged. It is their responsibility to ensure the car wash... read more
