Paid nearly $30 for a platinum wash and my car was still dirty, brown dust on the roof, debris on the windshield, and a filthy hood. The car wash worker was polite, but the manager was extremely rude to me, another customer, and even his own staff. Instead of fixing the issue, he blamed my car and said a rewash “wouldn’t make any difference.” Poor service and attitude, feels like a scam.

I recently tried the touchless car wash service at Shine Auto Wash in Vancouver for the very first time, and it turned out to be a surprisingly fun experience. The whole process felt modern and easy: I signed up on my own, selected a package, paid right there, and then simply drove up to the automatic wash station. It's a wonderful carwash. I gave four stars because it's not successfully removed all the bird droppings from my car. But in general, very good for the price!

Great auto wash. The "basic" cleaned off the bugs and dust from my long road trip. Some stubborn bug bits remained but only a hand scrub would make those come off. My go-to car wash.
