Their hands down the best automatic car wash in town.
Came at 5:40pm on a Tuesday to clean my truck, they denied me service saying it was too dirty and it would just get their brushes dirty without cleaning the car. Never heard of this in my life. Its like a hospital refusing to treat a patient who is bleeding profusely because it would dirty their hospital beds. Absolutely Mental! They should rebrand to "Shine Auto Almost Wash"
I came in to wash my car and to vacuum it out. The vacuum was lacklustre and so I just wrote them an email not only did they give me a complementary car wash, but two other tokens for future vacuuming. That’s customer service. Thank you.
The vacuums consistently have low suction -Update- Shine Auto Wash cares and respects their customers. They got back to me and made me whole. If you have any issues with wash or vacuum they will make you whole. They try their best to properly maintain the vacuums and property. Sometimes someone will vacuum items and back up the suction.
