Yes, sometimes the vacuum doesn’t suck, but they’re not going to scam you. I reached out to an attendant and told him that I had used my token and was upset that it didn’t work. He checked the vacuum and kindly explained why it was banned, and then gave me a bill to get my token back from management. I want to thank Hojat for helping and being respectful. Great customer service High quality

Monday night oct 6. Attendant went on a long break. Left a que of cars waiting. When he came back. He left 2 orange cones in the path of the cars to the ramp. He didn't bother to move them 0ut of the way. I pointed at the cones 3 times asking him nicely to move them out of the way or my car would drive into them. I had to get out of my car to move it out of the way. Attendant was also wasn't paying attention and to guiding my car to the ramp. Very unprofessional and incompetent employee, might need more training.

Went to the car wash Sep. 30, still looks like the grand opening. Great work
