I Ended Up Paying Over $200. For A Car Wash Here At SHINE AUTO WASH! My gf went to this place to get a wash for $16.80 and it turned out I had to end up paying over $200 plus time involved! It was obviously that the person working there was a rookie.( I will withhold his name). He tried to force the car antenna down instead of asking it to be retracted. The wash has some dirty spots in my minivan, they offer rinse under body, but nothing happen, I paid for the platinum wash and I didn’t see any shine in my tires.

The entire car got cleaned well except the back. Still filthy. This is the second time this has happened. I’ll try again in a few weeks but if it’s like this again I’ll never come back here again. What’s the point of going to an auto car wash if I then have to manually clean the back? They need to adjust the machinery. Was never like this before. I noticed other cars in the vacuum bay had similarly dirty backs.

Hey Simon, I was here at about 1:25 PM on Sunday February 8. The guy directing me into the car wash was really annoying and aggressive. I paid for a gold wash and the service was the pits. I was just confirming my service with the first attendant, who was good the second guy could see we were talking. I don’t need to be treated like a cattle. No thank you. Sorry Simon, only two stars. Wash was good but service was like zero. You better check it out.
