Make sure your appointment is after 12 dentist is never there at 10 like she should be NEVER ALWAYS CLOSE TO 11 THEY NEED To change there business HOURS !! No courtesy to what other plans the patients may have planned.
I was looking for a dentist but limited to a selection because of age & insurance. I only called the offices with good reviews, many couldn’t take me while others couldn’t see me for an absurd amount of time out (understandable to an extent). Call number 12 to Shine and Smile who had an opening the next day… Convenient? Yes! But my goodness I wish I would’ve started with them first! The entire team is so friendly and accommodating. Great office. Dr. Mehta is knowledgeable, direct, and respectful. Staff are friendly, helpful, and on cue with dentist. Ami and Angel are professional and friendly! She gives you all the information you need and uses technology to help comprehend. I am confident my teeth will be healthy again after starting my treatments here.
Pleasant, patient, warm, knowledgeable, quick, easy to work with, and dedicated. I can't say enough good things about this practice. I highly recommend them.
I'd like to give a shout-out to the three staff I had the pleasure of being helped by the other day. Angel, the receptionist, was the first point of contact. Her warm, inviting smile helped to put me at ease, as, admittedly, I was and am a nervous Nelly when it comes to dental visits.
